Our Mission!

Reflex is a marketplace that connects leading apparel brands with top-tier, on-demand workers that have retail experience in customer-facing roles and work in retail today. Our Reflexers (workers) have work experience at brands like Nordstrom, Lululemon, Tommy Bahama, Armani, Steve Madden, H&M, and more. Reflex helps store managers have more effective labor coverage while helping brands minimize overspending on labor and call-outs. Workers join Reflex because they can choose when they want to work, which brands, and get paid out the same day they complete their flex.
