We are building a marketplace focused on connecting exceptional retail talent to the best brands in the industry.

We believe people should be able to build careers that work for them. People should be able to plan their work around their lives — not the other way around. We believe people deserve flexible work, work that is transparent, meaningful, and available.

We want people to be proud to work in Retail.

We also believe retailers should be able to focus on what they do best: serving customers, and not what takes up lots of time: hiring good people. We connect great talent to retailers on demand to help with this.

Our Company

We are ventured-backed and proud to have raised a pre-seed round from ATX Ventures, Active Capital, Precursor Ventures, and many incredible angels with deep industry expertise.

We are based out of Austin, Texas, and have an office at 6th and Congress. Come say hi!

We believe in doing great work, not busy work. We're outcome-driven and we aim to build a lasting impact with everything we do. We're a small team focused on operating quickly and effectively. We also like to have fun!
